Gift certificates are available in any denomination and you may include a personal
message. The gift card will be mailed free of charge to the address you designate.
We are pleased to offer a 30 day no-risk money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your
bracelet for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.
We offer our virtual bracelet designer to help ensure that you'll be completely
satisfied with your purchase. However, if an item is defective or damaged during shipping,
please contact us upon receipt and we will repair the item at no cost to you.
If for some reason a bracelet should break within 30 days
of purchase, we will restring it for free. After 30 days, there is a fee of $10.00 for the
first strand and $5.00 for each additional strand, which includes the cost of return shipping.
If you would like to add an additional strand or strands to your bracelet, we'd be glad to assist
you. Most bracelets can accommodate up to four strands. Please contact us for details and pricing.

Shipping and handling charges are offered FREE for First Class Mail service. Priority Mail and Federal Express shipping options are also available

To determine the correct size for your bracelet or anklet, place a flexible tape measure snugly around your wrist or ankle just above the bone.
Add one inch for adults and one half inch for children to this measurement to find your bracelet size. To estimate a bracelet size, please use the chart below.
